  • Shipping Times
    Shipping times vary depending on where you are in the world, the item you order and which shipping option you choose at checkout. Please note you will receive tracking once your order has been shipped. Please email orders@wilsonarnaldo.com if your order is urgent. Rough guide for shipping times: USA: 1-10 Business Days. UK/EUR: 10-14 Business Days AUS: shop on au.ryanpernofski.com CAN: 12 Business Days. Asia: 5 Business Days. All other Regions: 12 Business Days
  • Fulfilment Times
    Fulfilment times vary depending on the product you order. Email orders@ryanpernofski.com if your order is urgent. BOOKS: Your book will usually be shipped out the same day that you order it (or the following business day). PRINTS: Like a good restaurant; we make most of our burgers (I mean prints) to order. Most of the time your order will be printed, signed & shipped out the same day you order. Though, sometimes a little longer is needed. GLASS FRAMING: Unless it is stated that we have your print and frame already made; please allow 10-15 days for your order to be printed, assembled & shipped. We have to allow time for your print to "cure" so that it doesn't fog the glass (neither of us want a foggy piece of art in your home)
  • Do you ship overseas?
    Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout
  • How can I track my package
    You will be sent a link to track your package once your order has been shipped! USPS, FedEX & DHL are the standard services we use.
  • I need my item super fast...
    Express Shipping or Courier Delivery can be arranged. With as fast as 2-day worldwide delivery or overnight delivery in US. Please email orders@arnaldowilson.com if you would like to have this SPEEED for your order :)
  • Can I return my product?
    As most of our products are custom-made and we have such a large range of product types and variations — we may not be able to accept a return. If you accidentally ordered the wrong thing, please email orders@arnaldowilson.com before it is sent out. Check your cart when purchasing to make sure you order the correct size etc. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit please email orders@arnaldowilson.com so we can both cry and then arrange a replacement.
  • Can I add a note to my gift?
    Of course!! If your order is for a gift or you'd just like me to write a little note, simply add a message in the "notes" section in the cart page.
